TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Due to seasonal availability, flowers will vary depending on the time of year. We may have to substitute a colour or variety, however we will always make something to the same value.
We will always use the freshest flowers; this is Unique Impression Flowers prides itself on. If you are unhappy with the quality of the flowers in an arrangement, you must contact us withing 24 hours of flowers being delivered. Several factors can affect flowers quality after they have been delivered, such as temperature of house, general care, sun exposure etc. Once 24 hours have passed, we are unable to tell if these factors are at play. We may ask for a photo to access if refunds or replacements are necessary.
Order cut offs-
Online orders need to be placed prior to 12pm to be delivered same day. Any orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business day.
Majority of our deliveries will take place after 1.30pm. Deliveries to businesses take place up to 5pm and residential up to 6pm. If you require an order delivered at a specific time, please phone 59812108 before placing your order to see if your request can be accommodated.
When placing your order, please provide as much information as possible, including business names, unit numbers and gate codes if required. If we are unable to complete a delivery because incorrect details are given, the site is unsafe or we cannot gain access, you order will be returned to Unique Impression Flowers. You will be contacted to organise a new delivery option and a re delivery fee may occur. This will be up to our discrescion.
